Contact the Region Office (DPD) or Chapter Office (DPC) of ASITA in your region for information and registration of new members.

Complete the membership application form.

The Region Office (DPD) Management verifies the new member's documents.
Confirmation
Confirmation of acceptance of new members (the Region Office (DPD) sends a recommendation letter to the National Board (DPP) for the issuance of a Decree, Identity Card (NIA), and a new member certificate).
Announcement
The National Board (DPP) issues a Decree, Identity Card (NIA), and a new member certificate.
FINAL
Collect the Decree and New Member Certificate (Documents can be picked up at the Region Office (DPD) in each member's region).
Requirements
Aspects that must be considered to become a member of ASITA NTT
Comply general requirements, services, business facilities, management, and product aspects as required by applicable regulations.
Photocopy of the Company's Deed of Establishment (Akta Pendirian Badan Usaha) and any amendments.
Photocopy of the Business License (Nomor Induk Berusaha/NIB), Other Business License, or legality from the authorized agency.
Letters of recommendation from two (2) companies that are official members of ASITA.
Attach a resume and a photo of the company's Director/Founder/CEO.
Attach a company organizational chart.
Attach the office status (if rented or contracted, attach a photocopy of the agreement).
Other supporting documents.
