Labuan Bajo, 22 June 2026 – The Regional Executive Board of the Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies (DPD ASITA Nusa Tenggara Timur/NTT) has officially announced the election of Oyan Kristian as Chairman for the 2025–2030 period on 25 February 2026.
The election process was conducted through a deliberative and democratic mechanism involving ASITA member travel agencies across East Nusa Tenggara. The decision reflects the collective confidence of industry stakeholders in Oyan Kristian’s leadership, experience, and vision for advancing the tourism sector in the province.
Oyan Kristian is widely known as a tourism industry professional and entrepreneur, serving as the owner of PT. Flores Komodo Tours (NTT DMC), a travel management company actively engaged in inbound tourism services across Flores, Komodo, and other destinations in East Nusa Tenggara.
Under his leadership, ASITA NTT is expected to strengthen its role as a strategic partner to government institutions, private stakeholders, and local communities in developing sustainable and competitive tourism across the region.
Commitment to Strengthening Tourism in East Nusa Tenggara
In his remarks following the announcement, Oyan Kristian expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him and emphasized his commitment to advancing the tourism industry in NTT and Indonesia as a whole.
